noopener\">\u6c11\u6cd5\u7b2c125\u689d<\/a>\uff0c\u8acb\u6c42\u6b0a\uff0c\u56e015\u5e74\u9593\u4e0d\u884c\u4f7f\u800c\u6d88\u6ec5\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5229\u606f\u50b5\u6b0a\uff1a<\/strong>\u6839\u64da<a href=\"https:\/\/law.moj.gov.tw\/LawClass\/LawSingle.aspx?pcode=B0000001&amp;flno=126\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6c11\u6cd5\u7b2c126\u689d<\/a>\uff0c\u8acb\u6c42\u6b0a\uff0c\u56e05\u5e74\u9593\u4e0d\u884c\u4f7f\u800c\u6d88\u6ec5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c<span class=\"point\">\u5728\u6b20\u9280\u884c\u932220\u5e74\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u82e5\u9280\u884c\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u51fa\u8a34\u8a1f\u3001\u5f37\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u511f\u9084\u50b5\u52d9\uff0c\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u6709\u6b0a\u5229\u62d2\u7d55\u6e05\u511f\u50b5\u52d9\u672c\u91d1\u548c\u5229\u606f<\/span>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u8d85\u904e20\u5e74\u771f\u7684\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u7528\u9084\u9280\u884c\u9322\u55ce\uff1f\u73fe\u4eca\u9280\u884c\u6709\u56b4\u8b39\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u63a7\u7ba1\u3001\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u8a0e\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u60f3\u7b49\u6b20\u9280\u884c\u9322\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u8d85\u904e\u5c31\u4e0d\u7528\u9084\u9322\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"point\">\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u548c\u6d88\u6ec5\u6642\u6548\u610f\u601d\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u6307\u50b5\u52d9\u8acb\u6c42\u6b0a\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\u9650<\/span>\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u6bb5\u671f\u9593\u9280\u884c\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u8a71\u3001\u7c21\u8a0a\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u6bb5\u5411\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u8ffd\u8a0e\u50b5\u52d9\uff1b\u82e5\u9280\u884c\u5728\u671f\u9650\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u884c\u4f7f\u50b5\u6b0a\uff0c\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u5373\u53ef\u4ee5\u6d88\u6ec5\u6642\u6548\u5b8c\u6210\u70ba\u7531\uff0c\u62d2\u7d55\u6e05\u511f\u50b5\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u9280\u884c\u5c0d\u50b5\u6b0a\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5f88\u56b4\u8b39\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5373\u4f7f\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u5df2\u8d85\u904e\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u900f\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b2\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u5ef6\u9577\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u8a0e\u671f\u9650\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul noopener\">\u6c11\u6cd5\u7b2c129\u689d<\/a>\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6d88\u6ec5\u6642\u6548\u6703\u56e0\u9280\u884c\u63d0\u51fa\u8acb\u6c42\u3001\u627f\u8a8d\u3001\u8d77\u8a34\u800c\u4e2d\u65b7\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e2d\u65b7\u6642\u6548\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u5c31\u6703\u91cd\u65b0\u4ee515\u5e74\u8a08\u7b97\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u66f4\u63db\u50b5\u6b0a\u6191\u8b49\uff1a<\/strong>\u7576\u9280\u884c\u767c\u73fe\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u540d\u4e0b\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u511f\u9084\u6240\u6709\u50b5\u52d9\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u6bcf5\u5e74\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u8072\u8acb\u66f4\u63db\u50b5\u6b0a\u6191\u8b49\uff0c\u4ee5\u5ef6\u9577\u50b5\u52d9\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
